My Instructional Methods

 My method of teaching is simple
and straightforward. I always try to bring out the hidden artist of an
individual. I observe student's liking area and the potentials. I work with
every member to identify and understand their ability level at the outset of
the course or lessons, and then use that information to tailor my instruction
and teaching process to their strengths and weaknesses in order to achieve the
best results. I also offer flexible scheduling for lessons to be as helpful and
accommodating as possible. 

 I try to make them realise that they are very
good in so and so area which boost their confidence. I love to see the student
working in discipline and professional manner. We give homework of 25 clicks to bring in next session, then each photo
reviewed at all stages.
